ServiceNow, a leading, global provider of cloud computing platforms, approached us to update their global merchandise stores in line with their new logo rebrand. They needed an updated range of branded merchandise featuring the new logo and design graphics.

The promotional products had to reflect ServiceNow’s company values and global brand image. Arcadia had to ensure the merchandise was premium, sustainable, and relevant to tech users worldwide.

Our team sourced a wide range of quality products from ethical, certified suppliers, branding them with long-lasting, eye-catching methods. We also chose to co-brand items from well-known brands like Patagonia. This worked to elevate ServiceNow’s perceived brand value and associated them with an eco-conscious brand. 
 
The new merchandise range was an enormous success, surpassing expectations across all regions. Additionally, we created subsequent merchandise stores to accommodate solutions for field marketing, new hires, and the logistics of conference and exhibition equipment and collateral.
