Can I get a product sample?

Yes, however depending on the product, this may incur a small charge.

What do the different branding methods mean?

Can I have multiple designs?

Yes, you can have more than one design.

However, prices may be affected due to additional setup charges.

Will someone be able to advise me on the best products for my company?

Of course! We have a team of experts who have worked in the promotional merchandise industry for many years.

They can advise on the best products for your specific need, the right branding methods and help with any additional questions about sustainability, storage and distribution.

Ordering process

Are the prices I see on the website correct?

The prices seen on the website are a useful guide.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to give you an accurate quotation price until we have seen your artwork and understood your delivery requirements.

Quotations can be requested online, are free with no obligation, and should be sent to you within a couple of hours, during our working times of 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

How long are quotes valid for?

All quotes are valid for 30 days. After this period, please reconfirm the prices with your account manager

Will I be sent a proof before placing my order?

Yes, all orders will require a visual proof to be signed off before the order moves into the production stage.

Are there minimum order quantities?

There are minimum order quantities and these vary from product to product and may also vary by branding method.

Minimum order quantities should be evident from the product pages, but if you have any questions, please contact a member of our team.

What are the lead times?

Lead times will vary from product to product and will be listed on your quotation.

Quotations are emailed to you by a member of our team and they will be available to ask any follow up questions.

Sustainability

Are your products produced in sustainable factories

All products are made by registered suppliers whose factories are audited and can provide certification on ethical and sustainable practices.

Some of our factories even run on green energy and work to ensure all products produced are Carbon neutral.

What are the best sustainable materials for products to be made from?

There are many sustainable materials and they each have different properties that make them a great choice for production.

They also contribute to a more sustainable future in different ways, and much of this can be learnt from our sustainable materials guide.

How can I find out the Carbon footprint of a product and can I offset it?

The Carbon footprint of many of the products is listed on the product page.

If it isn’t available on the page, please contact a member of our team and they will be able to find out the information for you.

Carbon offsetting is available through partner programs and we have a service to assist you with this.

Is Arcadia recognised as a sustainable company?

Arcadia is a registered member of Sedex and is involved in a number of sustainable initiatives including the BPMA’s Step Forward Pledge and A Good Thing donations.

Our sustainability efforts are monitored by EcoVadis where we are currently awarded Platinum Status, placing us in the top 1% of companies worldwide.

Pricing and payments

Are discounts available on larger orders?

We offer better pricing per product at certain quantity levels.

What payment methods do you offer?

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or Stripe.

Can I get a credit account and what are the terms?

Yes, we do offer credit accounts. Each application for a credit account is reviewed for approval.

Our credit accounts are based on a term of 30 days.

Can we pay in currencies other than pounds sterling?

Yes, we do accept payment in some other currencies. Please contact us for more information.

Supplying your artwork/logo

What file format do I need to supply my artwork/logo in?

We typically ask that all logos/artworks are supplied in vectorised format, in either EPS, Ai or PDF files.

We can accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, SVG and PSD files but, we may have to redraw the logo/artwork so it’s in the correct format for the printer.

If there is any text in the design, please convert it to curves/outlines or supply the required font files needed.

What happens if I can't get hold of the correct file format?

If you haven't got the right artwork files required for printing, we are happy to help.

Our design team can redraw from an existing design or create something unique from scratch. Contact us here, to find out more.
How do I know how many colours are in my logo/artwork?

1 colour print - your logo/artwork has a total of 1 solid colour in it.

2 colour print - your logo/artwork has a total of 2 solid colours in it.

3 colour print - your logo/artwork has a total of 3 solid colours in it.

4 colour print - your logo/artwork has a total of 4 solid colours in it.

5 colour print - your logo/artwork has a total of 5 solid colours in it.

Full colour print - your logo/artwork has colours with shading or gradients to them, typically going from a light shade to dark.

Shipping, returns and refunds

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated on an order by order basis. They will be included in your email quotation.

Where do you deliver?

Arcadia have offices and warehouses around the globe and are able to offer reliable regional and global delivery.

What is your returns policy?

If any products are deemed faulty they can be returned to your local distribution centre for replacement or for a refund. If you are unhappy with the quality of the products you ordered, or with the branding, please discuss this with your account manager who will work hard to rectify this issue.
