Leading UK Estate agent Hamptons needed help creating an online merchandise store and promotional product range to service their 93 branches, located around the UK.

Hamptons use their branded merchandise for a variety of reasons. They are given as customer gifts, used at open days and meetings, placed in stores and are a vital part of marketing activity. 

Working closely with our client, Arcadia created a range of products tailored for use within these different parts of their industry. The merchandise items ranged from office products to on-site safety clothing and even a dog leads for those moving home with a furry friend.

Arcadia’s tech and design teams then worked to create a merchandise store that showcased the new product range. It allowed users to browse products, add them to a basket and checkout using their office cost codes.

The Hamptons colour scheme was used throughout the webstore, and it was also customised with alternating banners, both offered increased brand awareness and a professional feel.

All of the products were stocked in our warehouses and dispatched next day to meet with the individual branches orders.
